IMAGE REGISTRATION IS AN OPTIONAL FEATURE
All work is copyrighted material. A formal filing of 'Permission to Reproduce' is kept on record for legal purposes.
All 'Right to Use' and release of copyright is also kept on file.
Image registration however, is an optional feature that provides for image tracking and assures authenticity of image and ownership. Certificates of originality are issued and numerical tracking is available, regardless of registration, to assure numerical sequence.
Artist Proofs are issued in some cases, and those images are also registered and recorded to quarantee authenticity.
These records are on file online, and may be accessed by contacting artist by email. A password protected site holds all records, and image owners will be allowed access. Only registered owners may access this site and new owners are encouraged to maintain registration for investment purposes.
Murals, Commercial Projects, Residential Projects, Faux Finish, and all other works or creations that are not for immediate sale or reproduction, are copyrighted material, and may not be reproduced, sold, copied or otherwise used without the artists' permission. In some cases, private citizens hold copyright to these images, or ideas, and will be contacted should permission be requested.
